Owner: Sergio NovoCredentials:BS Mechanical Engineering, Auburn University State of Florida Licensed General Contractor State of Florida Licensed Roofing Contractor State of Colorado General Contractor Sergio has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. At just 13 years old, he started working for his father's company in South Florida as a laborer. Over time, he learned the fundamentals of the trade and gradually acquired higher positions with greater responsibility. Even while attending Auburn University in pursuit of his mechanical engineering degree, Sergio returned home for holidays and summer vacations to continue working with his dad; upon graduation, he accepted a full time position as project engineer. A few years later, Sergio began expanding into the roofing industry. He opened his own roofing company, The Novo Group, in 1992 when his father retired. Unable to stay completely away from his roots, Sergio took a contracting project in Colorado in 2003 and became a licensed general contractor in the state. The following year, he also became a licensed general contractor in Florida. He then merged his roofing company into a full scale roofing and general contracting business, now known as Wescon Construction. Sergio enjoys completing projects wherever he is needed and is always excited to become licensed in new states. When he is not working, he loves partaking in outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, diving, and hunting.
Additional Principals:Mike NargiCredentials B.A. Business administration/Computers University of Florida/Nova University State of Florida licensed Roofing Contractor State of Colorado General Contractor Mike has worked in the construction industry for over 29 years. He has managed many high profile jobs throughout Florida, Colorado and the Caribbean. Mike’s experience in the custom woodworking and millwork is unsurpassed in the industry. Mike has built projects ranging from 3000 s.f. to 22,000 s.f. encompassing over 400 projects totaling over 300,000 s.f. Over the past decade he has been an award winning contractor consistently exceeding customer service expectations Kevin Wilkinson Kevin has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years. He has been involved in residential remodeling and marine construction. In recent years he has been involved in many re-roofing projects. Robin Harris Robin Harris is a former U.S. Navy Diver with over 20 years diving experience performing all phases of commercial work such as: Husbandry services on U.S. Naval ships and submarines, Various types of inspections, hull cleaning, propeller removal, search and recovery, valve replacement, sensor installation, and various marine construction projects. He currently supports diving operations for NOTU at Port Canaveral through his association with Canaveral Divers, Inc, and supports yacht/boat owners' requests for diving services and marine construction activities through association with Wescon Construction, Inc. Robin is a graduate of the University of Central Florida's College of Civil and Environmental Engineering. |
